This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.
1. How Our Services Work
Roadside Saviours provides on-site emergency roadside assistance services. Unlike product purchases, our services are performed in person at your location. Payment is collected after the service has been completed and rendered, typically by credit card, debit card, or other agreed-upon payment method at the time of service.
Because our services are rendered on-site and in real time, we ask that you raise any concerns or dissatisfaction directly with the technician at the time of service, or contact us as soon as possible afterward.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund in the following circumstances:
- The service was not completed or was abandoned by our technician without resolution
- You were charged an incorrect amount that does not match the quoted price
- The service caused verifiable damage to your vehicle that is directly attributable to technician error or negligence
- You were billed for a service that was not performed
3. Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the service date. Requests submitted after 7 days of the service date will not be considered eligible for a refund, except in cases involving documented property damage, where requests must be submitted within 30 days.
4. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The service was completed as requested and you are simply dissatisfied with the nature of the emergency (e.g., the car required more than a jump start and needs additional repairs)
- You canceled or refused service after our technician had already traveled to your location
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the service date (or 30 days for property damage claims)
- The issue with your vehicle is pre-existing and unrelated to the service provided
- You provided inaccurate location or vehicle information that resulted in service challenges
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Fuel delivery charges where the correct type and quantity of fuel was delivered as requested
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if the service was only partially completed or if a portion of the charges is in dispute. Partial refunds will be determined at our sole discretion following a review of the case.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in restrictions on future service.
8. Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
